ENHANCEMENTS

eParking Counts API Update
The eParking API used by the Flash Valet app has been updated to track counts correctly. The eParkingCounts tab visible in the Flash Valet app (under Control) will display Valid and Used reservation counts for the current day within the operating window. Expired vouchers will only be accounted for if marked as Used within the operating window, and Canceled reservations will decrease the Expected count.

Updated InterPark API for MINT Account Check
The InterPark API has been updated to check the server database for scanned MINT barcodes not found in the local database. This ensures drivers are granted monthly access and are not incorrectly charged a transient fee.

LPR Lost Ticket Now Pulls Most Recent Ticket
The License Plate Recognition (LPR) and Lost Ticket functionality has been updated to ensure the system pulls the most recent ticket associated with a captured license plate. This prevents previously soft-closed tickets from being reinstated, avoiding incorrect outstanding amounts due.

FIXES

Access Issue for Monthly Users Using ParkWhiz App

An issue was resolved where Monthly QR Code and Bluetooth (BLE) credentials from the ParkWhiz app failed to provide access to parking facilities set to “Closed,” displaying an “Invalid Item Scanned” error at the kiosk. Monthly account holders using app-based credentials can now seamlessly enter and exit garages, even when the facility is in a “Closed” state, ensuring uninterrupted access.

Pricing Issue with Evening Standard and Early Bird Rates

An issue was identified where the Evening Standard rate no longer worked correctly with Early Bird special pricing for tickets issued after 12:00 AM. This issue occurred following the release of version 4.0.1.1 and has now been resolved.

Portal UI Issue on Master Account Outstanding Tab

An issue was resolved where the Master Account Outstanding tab in the portal did not display invoice details. This functionality has now been restored to ensure all invoice details are properly visible.

Value-Based flash pass 0 ing out value after 1 transaction

Resolved a Flash Pass issue of a value-based pass reflecting a $0 balance in error after only one use

Monthly Parkers and Expired eParking Passes

An issue was resolved where the system incorrectly referenced an expired eParking pass instead of the active monthly account for a parker whose license plate was previously associated with an eParking pass. The system now properly identifies the active monthly account.ee
