Mobile Number Entry Now Supported for Digital Ticket Checkout

We’ve enhanced the Digital Ticket Checkout (DTC) experience with support for mobile number entry at Entry kiosks.

Instead of pulling a paper ticket, parkers can now enter their mobile number at the entry screen. This mobile number acts as a digital ticket.

Once entered:

• An automatic SMS is sent with a link to the digital payment page.
• Parkers can complete payment from their phone before leaving.
• A QR code is provided to scan at the exit gate.

This update provides a fully contactless, streamlined experience for both entry and exit.
