Kiosks can now recognize and process eParking reservations even when operating in offline modes (Hybrid or Store & Forward). This ensures a smoother experience for parkers with reservations, even during connectivity interruptions.
Improved Payment Messaging for Canadian Kiosks (Windcave)
Payment messaging on Canadian kiosks has been enhanced to provide clearer, more accurate feedback. Customers will now see distinct messages for approved, declined, error, and amount due states, along with clearer credit card error visibility. This update also resolves an issue where outdated payment amounts could remain on screen.

Improved RFID Exit Reliability
Resolved an issue that could incorrectly deny exit to valid RFID users. Access is now evaluated correctly, ensuring a smoother exit experience.
Clearer Offline Messaging at Kiosks
Fixed an issue where kiosks did not display the correct offline message during connectivity loss. Users will now see a clear “offline” status when applicable.
Improved Accuracy of Offline Messaging
Resolved an issue where kiosks could incorrectly display that a ticket was being processed on another kiosk. Messaging now accurately reflects real-time ticket status.
Improved Access for Nested Credential Use
Fixed an issue where certain credentials (such as prox cards or AVI tags) were not recognized correctly across nested zones. Access now works as expected across all valid areas.
Improved LPR Stability and Reduced Duplicate Tickets
Addressed an issue that could cause intermittent license plate recognition failures or duplicate ticket creation. System responsiveness and safeguards have been improved to ensure more reliable ticket generation and a smoother entry experience.
