Loyalty card passback handling
Loyalty card processing has been updated to automatically detect and resolve orphaned entry records that previously caused valid cards to be reported as "Already in Use" without an associated open ticket.
Callback API for our eParking Reservations Web Service
Implemented a real-time callback API that sends entry and exit events with full FlashPARCS ticket metadata to ParkWhiz for eParking reservations. This allows aggregators to accurately track whether a reservation was used and when, based on physical pass scans at supported locations.
Price description in the Admin Portal supports Sequential and Periodic price models
Improved how sequential and periodic prices are described in the Admin Portal and the GetStatus2 API so that each time and fee block is clearly labeled (e.g., grace periods, per-hour charges, and daily maximums).
Contact Center Details Report
Enhanced “Contact Center Details Report” with updated criteria for reporting a gate vend.
Display "YES" only when an agent has successfully vended the gate remotely.
Display "NO" or "N/A"
when a support call goes unanswered OR
when support call is answered and call is completed without a gate vend.
FIXES
Cash machines sometimes not properly dispensing change to customers
Fixed an issue where change would not be returned from the Bank Note Recycler under certain conditions.
Nested parkers unable to exit via LPR
Fixed an issue preventing exit from nested parking areas via License Plate Recognition.
Gate Vend Delay When Pulling Ticket Immediately After Printing
Resolved printing logic for newer Hengstler printers to prevent gate vend delay if the ticket is pulled too quickly after printing.
Credit Card fee no longer applied to validated tickets paid w/ cash
Corrected fee engine behavior so credit card surcharge is no longer applied to validated tickets paid with cash while still applying correctly to credit card payments.
Fees and Taxes applied to late fees at kiosk
Fixed issue where taxes and fees were not applied to Late Fees assessed at exit.
Adyen Reader Does Not Refresh Charge Amount After New Ticket Scan
Fixed an issue where the Adyen payment reader could retain the previous parker's charge amount in the background when a new ticket was scanned at the kiosk. This fix ensures the fee on the reader always matches the currently scanned ticket.
Location Not Sending eParking Vouchers in Real-Time
Fixed an integration issue that prevented eParking vouchers from being sent to eligible LPR-enabled locations in real time. Vouchers now reliably update in real time for all LPR-enabled locations.
Windcave Recording Payment Incorrectly
Resolved an issue where a Windcave credit card transaction that failed or timed out could leave behind stale payment information. If a new parker then attempted payment at the kiosk, that previous transaction's reference and amount could be incorrectly associated with the new ticket. Kiosks now track payment info per ticket and discard payment details for failed/abandoned transactions, ensuring each ticket records only its own successful payment.
POF Kiosks Issuing Transient Tickets for External Tags error
Pay-on-Foot kiosks no longer issue new transient tickets when Check-in/Check-out credentials are scanned. Instead, POF kiosks now display "Invalid item scanned. Please try again." for these external tags, preventing undercharged stays and associated revenue loss.
LUUM Upload errors
The LUUM certificate upload in the Admin Portal now correctly validates the ZIP file, password, and allows successful certificate uploads.
Multi-Profile: Profile History Dates
Updated the SetMonthlyProfiles API so that profile removals now store the actual removal timestamp instead of a hardcoded default date. This ensures the Monthly Account Profile History in the Admin Portal accurately reflects when profiles are assigned and unassigned for auditing and reporting.
Adyen reader prompt clearing
Updated Adyen kiosk handling so payment and token prompts are reliably cleared when transactions complete, fail, or LPR is already processing, preventing readers from getting stuck on cancel or card-acquisition screens.
Remove Cash Machine Status in FlashValet Pro app
Removed legacy cash machine status data from the kiosk so that the FlashValet app no longer displays recycler/cashbox amounts for a lane without a connected cash device.
Issue with MonthlyContact2 Method not updating the Employee ID field as expected
Updated the MonthlyContact2 web service method so the employeeID field now correctly maps to and updates the Employee ID field in the Monthly Contact view in the Admin Portal.
System not seeing Loyalty payments on tickets
Fixed handling of Loyalty program points and grace period allowance at exit.
