Express Pay Access Controls for eParking-Only Lanes
Enhanced FlashPARCS kiosk configuration to allow for Express Pay limitations when using eParking feature set. With this change we can configure lanes to only accept eParking reservations and prevent unintended access to Express Pay drivers via LPR.
Refunds are now supported in Admin Portal for Tender Retail merchant accounts
Enhanced the Flash Admin Portal to support refund processing for Tender Retail transactions.
New entry flow for DTC and Express Pay-enabled locations
Enhanced Entry UI to show Mobile Entry method more prominently when Mobile Entry option is enabled.

Fixed an issue preventing cash change from being proved by a Bank Note Recycler in certain circumstances.
Overnight Prepay ticket closure at Pedestrian Kiosks
Fixed an issue where an Overnight Prepay ticket could be incorrectly closed if the ticket was scanned at a kiosk configured for Pedestrian use.
Membership nested entry/exit by LPR not showing in Monthly Activities
Fixed an issue preventing Monthly Membership activity from being correctly reported in the Admin Portal.
Membership nested area access and price switch with LPR
Fixed an issue that prevented changes with LPR to Monthly Membership price when used in conjunction with nested parking areas.
External ticket button providing tickets without vehicle
Fixed an issue that allowed tickets to be printed via the physical ticket button when no vehicle was present in the lane.
FlashPass Purchase Balance Calculation Corrected
Fixed an issue during FlashPass purchase that could cause an incorrect balance amount.
Membership account payment displaying incorrect dates on kiosk
Fixed an issue in the Monthly Membership payment form where the Departure Time was displaying a value calculated from Payment Time + Duration. The Departure Time now shows a value calculated from Arrival Time + Duration.
Prepay ticket asking for payment on exit AFTER being paid at entry (Hybrid Mode)
Fixed an issue where a Flash PARCS Prepay ticket is requesting payment at exit, if the location is in Hybrid Offline mode.
"Get a Ticket" option still available after printer runs out of paper
Fixed an issue where the "Get A Ticket" option was still shown in the FlashPARCS UI when the printer no longer has paper.
