Flash Admin: Create a Full Validation Price

Full Validation Price Setup

1. Go to https://portal.flashvalet.com and log in to the Admin Portal.

2. Select the Locations tab on the left menu and choose the Location.

3. Select the Ticket Types tab on the top menu and choose the Transient ticket type. 

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add New under Add Ticket Type Price.

5. Enter a Price Name and $0 in the Amount field.

6. Select a price from the Full Price drop-down menu. 

• This creates the discount amount for bill backs (Full Price calculation - Amount field = Discount Amount)

Check the Hidden setting to remove this Price option from manual selection in the Flash Valet app. 

7. Select Save.

• Once Saved the rate amount is greyed out and can't be edited.

A Full Validation eliminates the amount owed for parking, regardless of the duration, so a Late Price has no impact. 

Assign Validation Price to a Validation Account

If the Full Validation price will be applied to via the Validation portal, app, or kiosk it must be assigned to Validation Account.

1. Go to https://portal.flashvalet.com and log in to the Admin Portal.
2. Select the Validation Accounts tab from the left menu > choose a Validation Account. 
3. Check the Full Validation price option and Save.
