PROGRAM FAQs
What are your EV charging solutions?
We currently offer two programs through which owners and operators can purchase EV charging for their facilities:
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Program
- Profit Share Program
Your EV Charging Sales Representative can review both of these programs with you in detail and recommend the one best suited for your facility and revenue verticals.
How does your pricing model work?
After working with our clients to select the best program, we then determine the best pre-bundled charging solution for your facility. Your EV Charging Sales Representative will recommend product bundles based on your budget, the facility’s existing available power, and any needed upgrades.

What type of plug is on your chargers? Which vehicles does it fit?
Flash uses the US standard charging connector (J1772 connector) for Level 2 (L2) charging stations. Since this connector is a piece of standard equipment, it fits all vehicles except TESLA, which comes with an adaptor.
For Level 3 (L3) charging stations, we use the Combined Charging System (CCS), an international standard piece of equipment compatible with all automobile manufacturers.
After EV chargers are installed, can I change the price to charge (charging rate)?
Flash assists you in determining EV charging rates based on the cost of power and surrounding competing garages.
What is the maintenance plan for my EVCs?
All program solutions come with a maintenance and warranty plan for the life of the contract. A dedicated, in-house team monitors and troubleshoots equipment issues, and partners with our national network to fix problems on-site if they cannot be resolved remotely.
What is the warranty plan?
The standard warranty length offered depends on the program you choose:
- SaaS: 5-year warranty
- Profit Share: Life of contract
The warranty covers all parts and labor to the charging unit itself.
