A client-facing internal location number is now visible in the Flash Admin portal. This internal number provides customers and support personnel with a quick and reliable location identifier, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
Help button within the Lost Ticket screen
The Help button on the Lost Ticket screen now initiates a support call to the Advanced Customer Support portal.
Advanced Customer Support Ticket Search
The Advanced Customer Support portal can now search for any historical soft closed tickets, previously the limit was set to 10 days.
FIXES
FlashPARCS Garage Status Manual Changes
The FlashPARCS Garage status can be manually updated from either the FlashValet app or the Flash Admin portal. An issue was resolved where the status was not updating on one platform if changed in the other.
Generating the “Master Account Debit Transaction Detail Report”
The filter option issue for the Master Account Debit Transaction Detail report has been resolved, now the report can be generated with the Logical Zone and kiosk level filter selection.
Admin Portal Location Price description shows deleted Hourly Components
Resolved an issue where deleted rate components appeared in the Flash Admin portal after being removed using the Flash Rates tool. Only active rate components are now visible under the Admin portal Price details.
