Manage Banner Ad Settings
Once the module has been enabled, and Images added, the Banner Ads can be activated per kiosk.
- Select Garage > Garage Settings > Lanes tab > Select button next to kiosk.
- Select Banner Ads button from the top header.
- The Banner configuration section shows four screen options where banner ads can be placed, along with a description of the image based on the file’s name, image timeout options, and active/inactive toggle.
- Screen: Displays the four predetermined screens where banner ads can be placed. Selecting an uploaded image in the corresponding Active Image field will display it on the selected screen.
- Welcome Entry (Image On Top): A banner will appear at the top of the Main Welcome Entry screen. Note that this field can only be used in a Kiosk marked as Entry.
- Welcome Exit (Image on Bottom): The banner will appear at the bottom of the Main Welcome Exit screen. Note that this field can only be used in a Kiosk marked as an Exit.
- Payment Prompt (Image On Bottom): When a ticket is scanned and the Amount Due is shown, a banner will appear at the bottom of the Payment Prompt Screen.
- Transaction Success (POF) (Image On Top): The banner will be placed at the top of the Transaction Success Screen when a ticket is paid for at a pay-on-foot station. Note that this field can only be used in a kiosk marked as a POF.
- Active Image: Allows you to select a previously uploaded image as the ad displayed on the screen.
- View Image: If an image has been selected in the Active Image field, the View Image field will populate a small image icon, which can be enlarged to preview the selected image.
- Image Timeout: This field offers timeout options for the image to fade in and out of the screen. The selection ranges from 1 to 10 seconds, and an option for No Timeout makes the ad permanent on the screen.
- Active: By clicking on this field, the user can toggle a flag to display or hide the selected image.
