CONSUMER PRIVACY SETTINGS

ParkWhiz offers built-in privacy controls that allow users to manage cookie preferences and opt out of the sharing or selling of personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including through Global Privacy Control (GPC). 

Users can accept or decline non-essential cookies across ParkWhiz products, including the website, mobile app, DTC, Parking Reservations, Scan to Pay, and Express Pay. 

Cookie Management

Users can allow or reject non-essential cookies across ParkWhiz products. Cookie preferences can be managed at any time while interacting with the ParkWhiz website or mobile app, or other ParkWhiz services.

In addition, users of DTC, Parking Reservations, Scan to Pay, Express Pay, and other ParkWhiz products are presented with the applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and legal terms before signing up or completing payment for any ParkWhiz service.

These settings are available to the user before and after they sign up, and any time they are using a ParkWhiz product.

Global Privacy Control

ParkWhiz is compliant with Global Privacy Control (GPC), allowing users to notify ParkWhiz that they do not want their personal information shared or sold. GPC options are available within the ParkWhiz app under the Account menu and in the footer of the ParkWhiz website.

Selecting “Do not sell or share my personal information” directs users to a form they can complete to exercise their privacy rights.
