Simplified Express Pay experience
We made multiple changes to Express Pay experience by reducing friction in the Express Pay checkout experience, we are removing unnecessary steps, and making payment details clearer.
Added Markers to Google Maps Search results page
Parking location pins now appear on the map search results, showing live pricing and availability at a glance.
Event rate support enhancements (ParkWhiz Seller Console)
- At-a-glance booking intelligence
Added several changes to pricing tables, edit forms, and event package pages to display real-time booking and sold counts, so you can see transaction volume at a glance without clicking into each record. - Seller-required plate control
Added a new seller role to give access to the required plate feature. Sellers gain access to the plate-requirement toggles on both transient forms, event forms, and templates, matching their on-site enforcement method instantly.
Open Surface Lot enhancements (ParkWhiz iOS app)
- Implemented the extend session feature
- Added analytics to Open Surface Lot screens
Improved Bookings sorting under My Parking (ParkWhiz Android app)
Optimized the sorting performance of bookings in the My Parking view showing upcoming, active, and past booking. We also added the booking year for bookings made in the next calendar year to improve the user experience.
