HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR HARDWARE & FIRMWARE
The first step to helping your team is to identify the hardware and firmware that is at your location. Depending on what hardware and firmware is installed at your location relates to how Parkonect Support can assist you.
Below you will see images of Parkonect hardware.. When reaching out to Parkonect Support please include in your subject header the name of your garage AS SEEN IN THE PARKONECT SOFTWARE and not as named colloquially. If you use a name as not registered in the Parkonect software there will be a delay.
This image illustrates the point. In this instance, please put TEST: Steven's Garage in the subject header along with the specific issue that you need help with. An example would be TEST: Steven's Garage : Need to Order 100 Monthly Passes.
