REPLACING TICKET ROLL GUIDE (2020 & LATER MODELS)

Here's a step by step guide to replace ticket rolls:

1. Push the blue plunger in to disengage the platen.

2. Pull the old ticket roll out of the printer.

3. Load the new ticket roll onto the spindle. Replace washer & pin.

4. Pull the blue plunger back out to re-engage the platen.

5. Feed the ticket roll into the back of the printer.

6. The printer will automatically detect the new ticket roll and will start to try to feed it through. Push the paper in until it catches the feed rollers at which point the printer will print a status report for the printer.
