Flash PARCS: HelpMeParker

HelpMeParker is a call center integration for PARCS that allows parking operations to use HelpMeParker as their video assistance service at the kiosk. With this integration, parkers are able to call for help and engage on a video call with a remote agent.

Note: The HelpMeParker integration is a paid module, please contact sales@flashparking.com to update contract and proceed with implementation.


How It Works

The call initiation screen can be accessed by pressing the Help button on any kiosk screen.

After pressing the Help button, the customer is directed to the Call Support screen, where they can press the Call Support button to initiate a call.

Waiting time is dependent on the call queue. This could take up to a few seconds or minutes.

Connection is established with the next available representative.

Once the call is answered the video chat starts immediately. The call can be minimized by pressing anywhere on the kiosk screen. This will place the image at the top right corner of the screen. Pressing the mini screen again will expand the video chat to full screen.

Additional Notes

The HelpMeParker integration is only compatible with the standard full size kiosk. Flash Mini kiosks do not possess camera hardware so service can only be provided through regular voice calls.
