TRANSIENT EXIT FLOWS
This article shows how transient parkers interact with the kiosks at exit. For entry flows, refer to Transient Entry Flows.
Paper Ticket
If the parker printed a ticket at entry, they follow the steps below to exit.
1. Scan ticket.
2. Follow payment screen prompts.
3. Pull forward through the open gate to exit the facility.
Ticketless Options
Credit Card
If the parker used their credit card as a ticket at entry, they follow the steps below to exit.
1. Insert credit card.
2. Follow payment screen prompts.
3. Pull forward through the open gate to exit the facility.
Mobile Number
If the parker used their phone number as their ticket at entry, they follow the steps below to exit.
1. Tap Other Options.
2. Tap I entered my mobile phone # as my ticket.
3. Enter your mobile number.
4. Follow payment screen prompts.
5. Pull forward through the open gate to exit the facility.
eParking Reservation
If the parker used an eParking Reservation at entry, they follow the steps below to exit.
1. Scan the eParking barcode and wait for the system to validate your voucher.
2. Pull forward through the open gate to exit the facility.
Chasing a Printed Ticket with an eParking Reservation
If the parker pulled a paper ticket at Entry and now wants to use an eParking reservation, they can follow the steps below to exit.
1. Scan the printed ticket pulled at Entry. A payment screen will appear, but customers with a valid eParking Reservation do not need to pay.
2. Scan the reservation voucher and wait for the system to validate your voucher and link it to the ticket.
3. Pull forward through the open gate to exit the facility.
As long as the eParking voucher is valid and the customer doesn't incur a Late Charging Fee (due to arriving too early, too late, or exceeding the allowed duration), they won't be charged extra at the payment screen. If a Late Fee hasn't been configured, please contact support@flashparking.com for assistance.
Lost Ticket
1. Tap Lost Ticket.
2. Follow payment screen prompts.
3. Pull forward through the open gate to exit the facility.
