The ability to void currently issued (unpaid) PARCS Transient tickets is available in the Flash Admin portal under the Ticket Search tab for individual tickets. This functionality is limited to Transient PARCS tickets only, see the compatibility chart for details.

How to Void Tickets
- Log into Flash Admin portal
- Select location > ticket search tab on the left
- Search for ticket > open ticket details
- Click “Void Ticket” Button (next to the “New Search” Button)
- Pop-up confirmation "Are you sure you want to Void this ticket? > Confirm
Voided Tickets
Once voided the ticket can't be unvoided and the status will display "Voided"
Reports
The voided tickets will appear on the Location Voids report available in the Flash Admin portal.
