HOW TO VOID FLASH PARCS TRANSIENT TICKETS
1. Log into Flash Admin portal
2. Select location > ticket search tab on the left
3. Search for ticket > open ticket details
4. Click “Void Ticket” Button (next to the “New Search” Button)
5. Pop-up confirmation "Are you sure you want to Void this ticket? > Confirm

This functionality is limited to Transient PARCS tickets only, see the compatibility chart for details.

Voided Tickets
Once voided the ticket can't be unvoided and the status will display "Voided"

Reports
The voided tickets will appear on the Location Voids report available in the Flash Admin portal.

By default Flash PARCS automatically voids tickets when the driver does not pull to the lane correctly to prevent users from walking up, tailgating or using any ticket that didn't fully enter the garage.
