Cash Reporting Enhancements: Coin Support

We’ve introduced improvements to cash/coin reporting to better track coin transactions.

• Cash Machine Status Report Now includes a Coin Machine Status section, detailing the coin count in the Cassette and Coin Box. This report is available under On-Demand Reports in the Flash Admin portal.
• New Coin Collection Summary report automatically generates when the Remove Coin Box and Reset Coin Box functions are completed. The report is accessible under the Cash Collection Summary tab in the Flash Admin portal.

Enhanced Discount Reporting for Validations and Coupons

Improvements have been made to how discounts are categorized and summarized in the eValidation and Coupon Detail by Date, Dept, and Validator report and the eValidation Summary by Date and Validator report.

eValidation and Coupon Detail by Date, Dept, and Validator report: 

• Coupon-Only Transactions: No changes—transactions continue to be grouped by the Coupon Department as before.
• Mixed Validation & Coupon Transactions: Coupon transactions are now moved to the respective department grouping.
• Validation records remain assigned to the Validation Department.
• New Summary Section for Department Discount Totals: Summarizes each department’s grand discount total for a comprehensive view of both validation and coupons. 
• Non-burnable Coupons applied as Access Codes appear under the location name since not associated with a dept.

eValidation Summary By Date Dept and Validator Report: Includes a Coupon sub-table summary section.

Monthly API AIMS Profiles Not Updating

A Monthly API Profile issue with AIMS has been resolved. Previously the Profile was not updating in the Flash system if editing via the API.

“Validator Skip PIN” Not Saving

Resolved an issue within the Flash Admin portal of the Validator Skip PIN setting not saving on the Validation account.

AristocratCirca Loyalty Plug-In Exception

Addressed an issue in the AristocraCirca Loyalty Plug-In causing an exception during the OnHotelRead event.

Monthly Security Gate Activity (xls) Missing Information

Resolved the report issue of the Monthly Security Gate Activity (xls) not producing expected information in the Account, Description, and Contact columns if there is successful activity. Data only populated when there is declined activity.

FlashLog Not Populating as Expected

Improved the reliability of Activity logging in FlashLogs, ensuring accurate data capture both online and after offline events.
