Parkwhiz: Business Profiles

The Business Profile feature is designed for drivers who use ParkWhiz for work-related parking. It enables users to separate business purchases from personal ones and adds business-specific tools like receipt forwarding, alternate payment methods, and expense reporting integration.

How to Set Up a Business Profile

  1. Open the ParkWhiz App
  2. Go to My Account or Payment Methods
  3. Tap Add Business Profile


In the setup screen, users can:

  • Enter a work email address
  • Add a business credit card
  • (Optional) Link to Expensify

Once saved, this profile becomes available as a selectable payment method at checkout.



Using the Business Profile at Checkout

  1. During checkout, select the Business Profile payment method
  2. An optional Memo field appears

    • The memo will be included on the receipt and passed to Expensify (if enabled)
  3. The receipt is emailed to the work email address, not the personal ParkWhiz account email
