The Business Profile feature is designed for drivers who use ParkWhiz for work-related parking. It enables users to separate business purchases from personal ones and adds business-specific tools like receipt forwarding, alternate payment methods, and expense reporting integration.

How to Set Up a Business Profile
- Open the ParkWhiz App
- Go to My Account or Payment Methods
- Tap Add Business Profile
In the setup screen, users can:
- Enter a work email address
- Add a business credit card
- (Optional) Link to Expensify
Once saved, this profile becomes available as a selectable payment method at checkout.
Using the Business Profile at Checkout
- During checkout, select the Business Profile payment method
- An optional Memo field appears
- The memo will be included on the receipt and passed to Expensify (if enabled)

- The receipt is emailed to the work email address, not the personal ParkWhiz account email
