ParkWhiz: PW4B (Parkwhiz for Business)

ParkWhiz for Business (PW4B) allows an employer to cover all or part of employee parking costs booked through ParkWhiz. This digital parking solution helps employers:

  • Track parking purchases in real time
  • Save money compared to drive-up rates
  • Provide a seamless employee experience

How to sign up

  1. Begin Enrollment
    Visit https://parkwhiz.com/business — linked from the ParkWhiz website footer.
    Provide the following details:
    • Company name
    • Work email
    • Company size (1–50, 51–100, 101–1000, 1000+)

  2. Sign In / Sign Up
    You’ll be prompted to log in or create a ParkWhiz account.


⚠️ Note: A single email address cannot be used to manage or belong to more than one enterprise account at a time.





Admin Setup


After enrollment:

  • The admin receives an email to access https://business.parkwhiz.com.
  • Upon login, the admin is prompted to add a credit card, which is used for all purchases and coupons under the enterprise account.





Adding Employees

There are two ways to invite employees:

  • Invite Employee
    Add an individual’s name, email, and phone number.

  • Import Employee CSV
     Upload a spreadsheet using the provided template.

Managing Employees

Once an employee links their ParkWhiz account, they appear under the Active tab.

  • View Employee Info & Bookings: Click an employee’s name

  • Edit Access: Click Edit User to:

    • Disable the employee

    • Grant admin privileges

Tracking Bookings

The Bookings tab populates as employees make reservations. Admins can:

  • Download CSV reports containing:
    • Employee email
    • Date
    • Amount paid
    • Location
    • Description

  • Click into individual bookings to view details or cancel if needed.

Employee Usage

Once added to PW4B:

  1. The employee receives an email invitation.
  2. Clicking Get Started prompts them to sign in or create a ParkWhiz account.

Once linked, PW4B appears as a payment method for that user during checkout.
