Drivers getting charged the normal price with an applied validation on an Express Pay Private Network
Fixed an issue where registered Express Pay drivers were not receiving discounts after a validation was applied having the driver pay for the full amount. With this update Known Drivers receive the expected discount with their validation
Monthly parkers receiving 'Session never started' 402 error on an Express Pay Private Network
Fixed multiple issues around monthly parking behavior with Express Pay:
- Corrected an issue that allowed monthly parkers to start an Express Pay session when using prox card to enter the facility under certain circumstances.
- Resolved a bug in which scanning a prox card did not cancel the Express Pay flow. Tapping a prox card while entering a garage cancels the Express Pay flow and a standard monthly parking session starts as expected.
- Optimized Express Pay lane flow to prevent a situation that could occur allowing information to carry over between consecutive drivers. System data is now immediately cleared upon a user's departure.
Reminder: Monthly parkers cannot start an Express Pay session.
Express Pay sessions not completing in some scenarios on a Private Network
Fixed an issue that was preventing active Express Pay sessions from completing when customers scanned their QR code or paid at the exit gate.
