ENHANCEMENTS

Enabled Immediate Express Pay Enrollment for New Users
Express Pay enrollment now completes immediately for new users at Flash PARCS and Parkonect locations. This eliminates the previous delay of up to two hours, so users can begin using Express Pay as soon as their account is created.

Express Pay Roll Network updates (Flash PARCS, Parkonect)

  • Improved Driver Access queries for Multi-Network Logical Zones (Campus Mode, Flash PARCS)
Introduced a new procedure, optimizing how we query driver access for specific logical zones.

  • Improved Kiosk Access Evaluation for Multi-Network Parking (Flash PARCS)
Deployed a new procedure to ensure kiosks correctly evaluate driver access based on new architecture and location-specific open network opt-in rules.

  • Real-Time Express Pay Network Management (Flash PARCS)
Introducing a new process to create, update, or deactivate Express Pay networks, ensuring that deactivated networks immediately remove associated vehicles from kiosks while retaining their historical data.

  • Real-Time location Express Pay Network configuration (Parkonect)
A new procedure enabling integrations to instantly configure a garage's open network opt-in requirements and assign accessible private networks to a location without delays.

  • Real-Time Vehicle Management for Express Pay (Flash PARCS)
When users enroll or unenroll from Express Pay their request is now processed in real time

Users are able to sign into flashiq.flashparking.com with SSO.

  • Migrated users from IdP-integrated seller companies to require Single Sign-On
Users from seller companies with an integrated IdP were migrated to require SSO across Flash PARCS, ParkWhiz, Vision, Parkonect, and Enforcement.

  • Required Single Sign-On for new portal.flashvalet.com users
SSO is now automatically required for all newly created standard users on portal.flashvalet.com, ensuring consistent single sign-on enforcement across the platform.

  • Migrated AOL-based unaffiliated accounts to require Single Sign-On (Flash Admin Portal)
Migrating users with AOL based email accounts to require SSO.

Corrected External Payment Method Handling After Failed Express Pay Payments
Failed Express Pay digital payments at hold-for-payment locations no longer retain external payment method attributes after a driver pays in-lane.

Improved Admin Cancellation Processing (ParkWhiz)
Admin-initiated cancellations now process through the latest ParkWhiz cancellation workflow, helping ensure consistent validation, behavior, and cancellation data across administrative tools and API integrations.

Expanded Private Network Support for Express Pay Locations (Parkonect Edge)
Express Pay locations using Parkonect Edge can now access the correct private network vehicle records during offline processing. Additional safeguards help ensure only eligible Edge-enabled locations can access private network data.

Added Stats Summary Box to Payments Page (ParkWhiz)
A new Stats Summary Box was added to the top of the Payments page (http://admin.parkwhiz.com/payments) to provide immediate visibility into payout totals and payment method breakdowns. Styled consistently with the seller event dashboard summary metrics, this feature enables finance and platform administrators to review total payment volumes at a glance without manual data aggregation.
