ADYEN ONBOARDING EXPECTATIONS

Flash’s Payment Services simplifies the payment process by combining the functions of the Point of Sale system, payment gateway, and merchant processor into a single platform. To get started, businesses must complete a one-time onboarding process.

Before onboarding can begin, each Legal Entity must have a Payment Services Agreement (PSA) on file with Flash. This agreement outlines the terms of using Flash’s integrated payment platform and must be signed by an authorized representative of the entity.

One Agreement, Multiple Locations

With Flash, each Legal Entity signs one agreement, which enables us to create a SUB-MID (sub-merchant ID) for any location that the entity owns or operates.

Once the entity is onboarded, additional sites can be added with minimal effort, as long as they use the same bank account.

What’s Required for Onboarding?

To onboard a new legal entity, Flash will need:

  • Basic Business and Location Details
General information for the MID Owner and the parking location(s) being onboarded.

  • PSA Agreement: The Payment Services Agreement (PSA) is a legal contract between the legal entity and Flash that outlines payment processing terms, responsibilities, and the credit card fee structure.

  • Bank Letter
A signed letter from your bank confirming:
    • The account holder’s name (must match the legal entity)
    • Full account and routing number
    • The bank’s name and address

The bank letter must be dated within the past 12 months.

How Long Does It Take?

Once all documentation is submitted, the Adyen onboarding review process typically takes 2–3 business days.

Adding More Locations Later?

Once a legal entity is onboarded:

  • You do not need to repeat the process for every new site, as long as it uses the same deposit account.
  • If a different bank account will be used for a new location, a new bank letter will be required for that location. This letter must also be dated within the last 12 months and will be submitted to Adyen with a 2-3 day turnaround time.

Ready to Get Started?

The Adyen onboarding process is designed to be simple and efficient, ensuring your business can begin accepting payments quickly with minimal administrative effort. By completing the initial setup for your legal entity, you unlock the ability to expand seamlessly across multiple locations under a single agreement. If you have any questions or need support during onboarding, the Flash team is here to help every step of the way.
