Flash has partnered with Adyen to deliver a fast and secure payment experience across our PARCS, valet, and event locations. With this integration, you benefit from simplified payment processing, faster onboarding, and broader support for modern payment methods.

What is Adyen?

Adyen is a global payment provider that combines the essential components of payment processing into one unified solution:

• Point of Sale (POS)
• Payment Gateway
• Merchant Processor

With Flash’s integrated Adyen platform, you don’t need to manage multiple third-party vendors. We provide a single platform that supports a full range of payment types and simplifies the setup process for your locations.

Adyen Supported Flash Products

Adyen is currently supported on FlashValet, ZipPark, BallParc, and Flash PARCS products. Whether you're operating gated parking facilities or managing valet and event operations, the Adyen payment platform delivers a consistent, secure experience across your locations.

• Flash Valet: AMS1 Reader
• ZipPark: S1E2L (default) and AMS1 Readers
• Flash PARCS: S1U2 Reader
• BallParc: NY1C Reader 

How Flash Uses Adyen to Make Payment Processing Easier for You

When you start accepting credit card payments through Flash using an Adyen-supported reader, you don’t need to set up a traditional merchant account or manage separate relationships with a payment gateway and processor. Instead, you’re set up as a sub-merchant under Adyen, a trusted global payment platform.

This setup helps you get started faster and with fewer steps.

How It Works

• Adyen acts as the payment facilitator. They handle the heavy lifting like compliance, security, and payment infrastructure, so you don’t have to.

• Your business is set up as a sub-merchant. That means you get your own account under Adyen’s system, giving you full access to your transactions and reports.
• Flash provides the technology and platform that connects your location to Adyen’s payment processing services, but it does not process or settle payments directly.

To support you, Flash provides access to a customer-facing Payment Portal where you can view transaction details, payout reporting, and monitor payment activity all in one place. This ensures you stay in control of your operations without needing to log in to multiple vendor systems.

Getting Started

If you’re a new Flash customer or launching a new location:

• Our team will request a short onboarding form with basic business and banking details.
• Flash will handle the setup and testing of payment devices and reporting configuration.
• Once your onboarding is approved by Adyen, your location will be enabled to begin processing payments.
