Your Parkonect reservation system is the place where your customers may purchase the unique parking products that our solution lets you craft and sell. You can customize specials, create events, control the look and feel of your system, upload your company’s logo and pictures of your building and garage, and offer comprehensive directions and other information to potential parkers.

Making the most of our solution is simple and does not require advanced technical knowledge. Every functionality described in this chapter is controlled by our easy-to-use, cloud-based software. For the purposes of this manual, we will examine a demo reservation system created for the 2014 National Parking Association Expo.

There are three options for hosting your reservation system: it can be embedded in your current website, hosted on a new domain, or hosted by Parkonect at secure.parkonect.com/YOURNAME. Editing your custom reservation system is a simple and straightforward process: use the same cloud-based software that you use to manage your garage to control your reservation system.
