RESERVATION ENGINE REPORTS

Parkonect’s powerful reporting functions are also integrated into your custom website. There are two reports that relate specifically to online reservations: the Reservation Summary and the Reservation Sales Report. In addition, the Promo Code Usage Report tracks the redemption of promo codes across all available parking products.

FIGURE 4.1: REPORTS

To get started, go to secure.parkonect.com and enter your login information. Go to the Reports menu (see Figure 4.1).

Reservation Summary

FIGURE 4.2: RESERVATION SUMMARY

The Reservation Summary (see Figure 4.2) shows the number of online presales for a selected date range, sorting by type (for orders placed through our free reservation system) or vendor (third-party integration partners). Gross revenue, fees, and net remit are shown for each type of reservation. This aggregates the parker-by-parker data available in the Reservation Sales Report for a broader view of presale activity, including a vendor-by-vendor accounting of sales and revenue.

Reservation Sales Report

FIGURE 4.3: RESERVATION SALES REPORT
The Reservation Sales Report (see Figure 4.3) is a comprehensive list of online presales and represents a detailed view of the data presented in the Reservation Summary. Enter a start and end date and select whether you are searching by order date or start date. Each online presale is listed and sorted by order ID, order date, reservation start date and time, vendor, price, fee, and net remit. You may also refine your results by vendor.

Taken together with the Reservation Summary, the Reservation Sales Report provides critical information on your parkers’ adoption of online sales, enabling you to make better-informed decisions about these ever-expanding sales channels.

Promo Code Usage Report

FIGURE 4.4: RESERVATION SALES REPORT
The Promo Code Usage Report (see Figure 4.4) tracks promo code redemption across all parking products for a user-defined date range. Enter a start and end date to display every reservation purchased with a promo code for the date range you select. Each reservation is sorted by reservation ID, parking product name, eligible parking product types for the promo code used, the purchase date, and the value of the promo code used. Promo codes with no usage limit will still appear on this list.
