OCCUPANCY

These reports will allow you to run reports that will allow you to see daily/hourly usage of your garage along with what type of parker is utilizing the location.

Car Count by Type Report: Occupancy report broken down by parker classification (monthly, transient, etc...) by date range. Option to adjust to see the Net total, # of entries, or # of exits per hour. (If you have sublots/nests you can further breakdown).

Monthly Count Report: Activity / Occupancy report of monthly cardholders broken down by hour and sortable at the account level. You can see the number of entries and exits per hour along with total occupancy per hour.

Presale Count Report: Occupancy report of 3rd party presales by vendor by hour. Optional, you can choose entry or exit counts along with in garage report by hour.

Vend Detail: Detailed vend activity. Details the type of parker (monthly, transient, presale), which lane they used and their barcode. If a hotel is using it will also show the hotel name.

Door Report: Detailed report of all pedestrian door activity by date range. If you have multiple doors then you can choose all or specific ones. You will see specific monthly parkers barcodes, which door they used, at what time, and if it opened or was rejected.
