VRS User Guide

Logging In

1. Go to https://vrs.myparknow.com/Account/LogOn
2. Enter the Applicable Organization code, Username and Password

• Organization: If unknown, email support@omnipark.com
• Username: If unknown, email support@omnipark.com
• Password: (same password as BackOffice)

Adding New Plate/Registration

1. Location: drop-down box, select your lot or business name.
2. Plate: Enter the plate that needs validation.
3. State: Enter the state of the plate.
4. Stall Number: if applicable/if not leave blank.
5. Parking Rules: Use the box to scroll thru the applicable time validation needed.

The time will automatically Validate from the Parking Rule you select. If needed, you can manually enter the time for validation.

Complete Registration Information

1. Click Next and complete the boxes below: First Name, Last Name, Car Make, Car Model, Car Color and leave Reference Number blank. 
2. Click Finished.

You will then see this screen NEW REGISTRATION ADDED

Checking Stored/Valid Registrations

1. Click the Reports button on the bottom left corner to see stored plates and validations.
2. Search by:
   • RECENT REGISTRATIONS – plates that have been recently added.
   • SEARCH PARKING REGISTRATION – search by plate or by Field.
   • LIST REGISTRATIONS – search by Date Range and Location.
   • When ready, click the small grey Go button to see the results.
