The equipment health dashboard lets you quickly see the current equipment status for each logical zone and kiosk across your locations. The locations are clickable on the map and can also be found at the Location Menu on the right.

The equipment health dashboard can also be accessed by clicking on the “heart” icon next to the

company’s name.

The equipment health status is displayed in three different colors:

  • Green: The kiosk or all equipment at the location is okay and there are no errors.

  • Yellow: Warning sign, operations are not being affected however equipment maintenance is required soon. Normally this will display status alerts such as “Low paper”, or “Low change”.

  • Red: This is for issue alerts. A red health status means that there is something preventing the equipment from working properly that needs to be addressed. Status alerts such as “Out of paper”, “Out of change”, “Gate error” and others will fall under this category.
