Flash PARCS: Recommended Reports

RECOMMENDED REPORTS

Here is a list of recommended reports available in the Flash Admin portal:


Revenue

  • Location Summary PARCS: An overview of revenue, ticket details, and payment totals for PARCS-only locations. Includes key metrics such as average retrieval time, ticket ranges, and variance analysis.
  • Kiosk Summary: This report will show the revenue summary for a specific kiosk. It's recommended to run for exit kiosks, unless an entry is turned on Prepay mode.
  • Location Trans Detail: Completed ticket details with transaction amounts. Includes soft-closed (unpaid) tickets.
  • Location Trans Detail Paid By: Shows all transactions at the location, including details as the time of the arrival and which user processed the transaction.
  • Location Trans Detail with External ID: Displays all transactions at the location with their External ID, which is the identifier assigned in the external system. This report is ideal for auditing transactions primarily identified externally, such as those made through Loyalty Programs, Check In-Out (e.g., LazGO, InterPark Express, Indigo), and Drivers License Access.
  • Electronic Payments: Credit Card Transaction list. Used to help with reconciling differences of the USAePay report, also has a column for mobile payments.
  • Refund Report: Shows ticket refunds including the amount refunded, the status of the Refund and Credit Card info.




Occupancy

  • Occupancy Percentage Per Hour: Shows a running total for Monthly, Resident, Overnight, and Transient separated out per hour. The report also features a yellow highlighted row indicating the highest peaked hour.
  • Garage Status: Shows all vehicles currently in the garage. Includes license plate, room, spot, yes/no for photos taken.




Monthly

  • PDF Columns: Account #, AP (Allow Passback), Type, Unit, Name, Mobile #, Email, Date Registered, # of Vehicles, RFID#, Last Used.
  • XLS Columns: Account #, AP (Allow Passback), Type, Unit, Name, Mobile #, Email, Company/Department, Profile, Pool, Report Group, External Monthly Fee, Date Registered, # of Vehicles, RFID#, ID#, PIN #, Last Used.

Summary Reports

  • Location Summary PARCS: An overview of revenue, ticket details, and payment totals for PARCS-only locations. Includes key metrics such as average retrieval time, ticket ranges, and variance analysis.
  • Kiosk Summary: This report will show revenue summary for a specific kiosk. It's recommended to run for exit kiosks, unless an entry is turned on Prepay mode.
  • Overnight Summary: Shows the currently issued overnight tickets and a projected total amount of payments due. This will list room numbers, show Hot cars in red, Out and Returning will be Blue.
  • Location Operational Summary: Revenue grouped by tender type, price, validations, vend and payment exceptions.
  • Location Summary Detail: Grand Total of Transactions, Overnight + Transient Charged (Payment) Amounts.

Valet Operations

  • Overnight Vehicle ReportShows details for Overnight tickets that have been paid.
  • Overnight Summary: Shows the currently issued overnight tickets and a projected total amount of payments due. This will list room numbers, show Hot cars in red, Out and Returning will be Blue.


PARCS Operations

  • Location Summary PARCSAn overview of revenue, ticket details, and payment totals for PARCS-only locations. Includes key metrics such as average retrieval time, ticket ranges, and variance analysis.

Overnight Hotel Parker Summary ReportHigh-level summary of Overnight Hotel Pass (hangtag) accounts, showing expected stay duration for all overnight guests using hangtags.Room #, Guest Name, Arrival Date, Account #, Valid Until Date, Total Nights.
Overnight Issued Ticket DetailTracks newly issued Overnight tickets for a specified date, focusing on new arrivals. Does not include active tickets. "Hot Cars" (red) and "Out and Returning" (blue).

Newly issued tickets for arriving guests on the selected date.

Overnight Pass Activity SummaryMonitors activity for guests using Overnight Hotel Passes (hangtags), tracking the number of exits and re-entries.

Account #, Arrival Date, Room #, Guest Name, Barcode (Pass #), Valid Until Date, Number of Exits.

Overnight PMS Self Park DetailDetailed tracking of self-parking actions by guests scanning hotel key cards at kiosks in PMS-integrated locations.

Reservation #, Room #, Guest Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Number of Nights, Activity Date & Time, Action Taken.

Overnight Self Park SummaryOverview of self-parking guests with Overnight tickets marked as "Is Self Park," providing high-level tracking without specific activity details.

Room #, Guest Name, Arrival Date, Barcode #, Valid Until Date.




Audit / Operational

  • Location Issued Ticket Detail: Displays a list of tickets issued by the kiosk along with the arrival time of the vehicles. Includes entry kiosk and assigned price for tickets issued within the selected time frame. 
  • Kiosk Summary: This report will show revenue summary for a specific kiosk. It's recommended to run for exit kiosks, unless an entry is turned on Prepay mode.
  • FlashPARCS Vend Exceptions: Show all events in which a gate is manually opened through the Flash PARCS Software or any of its integrations. Includes cashier shift comments.
  • Garage Status: Shows all vehicles currently in the garage. Includes license plate, room, spot, yes/no for photos taken.
  • Location Kiosk Exceptions and Denials: Shows passback violations, failed validations (with reasons). Timestamps are in UTC.
  • Location Operational Summary: Revenue grouped by tender type, price, validations, vend and payment exceptions.
  • Monthly Parker Restriction Violations: Details the monthly accounts that enter/exit outside of their profile restrictions.
  • Location Kiosk Loop Counts: Utilizes the Arming & Safety loops to provide counts of loop activations.
