Parkwhiz: How to add a pass to Apple Wallet

The Parkwhiz app allows users to add their parking passes to Apple Wallet for easy access when they go to park.

Note: The parking pass will also still be accessible in their Parkwhiz account on the app or website even after the pass is on their Apple Wallet.

Adding a pass to Apple Wallet

To add their parking pass to the Apple Wallet after they have booked it, customers simply need to follow the steps below:

• Go to “My Parking” in their Parkwhiz App
• In the upper right hand corner of their parking pass, there will be three “...” they will need to click on. 
• This will open up a pop up with a few options for them to select from. Tap on the “Add to Wallet” option.  
• A pop up with the parking pass will appear on the screen.

Once the parking pass pops up, click on “Add” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Adding a pass to Apple Wallet via QR code Scanner

As an alternative method customers can use a QR code scanner since our parking passes have a QR code.

The QR code scanner is only available on Apple devices with iOS 11 and later.

Customers can use the steps below: 

1. Open the Wallet App on your device
2. Scroll down and tap “Edit Pass” then “Scan Code”
3. Wait for the QR code scanner to start, then scan the QR code of the parking pass.
4. Once the QR code scan is successful, the parking pass is automatically added to the Apple Wallet.
