How to Reset Your Password: Customer Support Portal

  1. When visiting the Customer Support Portal, click the Lost Your Password? orange button below the login fields.





  1. Input the support user’s email address and click the Send Password button to receive a new password.





  1. A notification will appear on the screen, informing you that the new password has been successfully sent to the email address provided. To move forward, click the Go to Login Page link.




  1. Look for the password reset email in your inbox.







  1. . On the Login page, enter your email address and the new temporary password to log in.







For a custom password, ask a Customer Service Portal Administrator to set one on your behalf.
