Users with Administrator, Operations, Monthly Accounts, Payroll, Reports Only, Gates Only, and Time and Attendance can reset their passwords.
Instructions
- Go to the Flash Admin Portal and log in.
- Select the location for the user account and click the Users blue tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Search for the desired user by filling one or more of the fields available and then click the Search button, or look for the user in the user list for the location below.
- After the user has been selected, scroll to the middle part of the user’s page and input the new password, and then repeat it in the field below > click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
- A message indicating that the user was successfully updated will show in the upper part of the screen.
