How to Reset Your Password: Validator Accounts in the Validation Portal

Validator users can change their passwords directly from the Flash Validation Portal. Follow these steps to learn how.

1. When visiting the Flash Validation Portal, click the Lost Your Password? orange button below the login fields.

2. Input the validator’s email address or a valid email address to receive a temporary password.

3. A notification will appear on the screen, informing you that the new temporary password has been successfully sent to the email address provided . To move forward, click the Go to Reset Page link.

4. Look for the password reset email in your inbox.

5. Input the temporary password along with the new password, and then confirm it in the fields shown in the Reset Page.

6. A pop-up message will appear after filling the fields and clicking the Login button, informing the successful password change. The validator user will then be logged into the portal.
