Any user with a valid email address can change their password in the Flash Valet app by clicking the “Lost your Password?” button before logging in. Garage And Dispatcher, Dispatcher, and Garage Only users can change their passwords.
Validator users can also change theor passwords in the app, as long as they can verify their email addresses for their password token.
Instructions
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the app above the Lost Your Password? button, and tap. Lost Your Password?
- Enter the email address associated with the user account and press the Send Password Reset Token button.
- Check the email for the user account. A message with the subject Flash Valet Verification Token will be received, showing the token number to be used in the next screen that shows after clicking the button in the app.
- Copy the token number to the Token field in the Flash Valet app, and input your new password in the fields below.
