WHAT ARE THE VALIDATION OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

At times different clients of yours need different solutions. Thankfully with a Full Parkonect system, there are multiple options available. There are 4 primary types of validation solutions that you can provide:

1. Print Your Own. In this option, you can create QR code validations that can be printed out in your office on Avery Presta 94103 sticker stock. You can then hand them out to your clients so that they can peel and stick them to the backside of a parker's ticket. See the attachment for Validation Printing Guide.

2. Order validation rolls. In this option, you can order rolls of validation stickers in bulk from our partners at Street & Lot. You can then distribute these rolls of validations to your clients. Click here for a downloadable order form with directions on how to submit your order.

3. Online validation. In this option, these validations would be applied by your client logging into easyvalidator.com and digitally applying the validation. Click here for a downloadable user guide.

NOTE: Online validation now supports searching by ticket barcode, last name, license plate, and phone number.

4. Validation Station. In this option, you can have a scanner (think of a handheld or mounted grocery store scanner) installed at a location (gym, restaurant, etc...) where the physical ticket can be scanned and have the validation applied automatically. No logins and no physical stickers.
 

Each of these options can allow for validating by percentage, time, or dollar amount. Your team can also deactivate or reactivate these validations at any time.

Our reporting engine allows you to run summary and detail reports that allow you to easily re-bill your clients and show them accurate usage counts for each validation. For online validation, you will also be able to identify which users validated a given parker.
