PARKING PASS COUNT REPORT

To run a Parking Pass Count Report that tracks pass issuance and usage, go to secure.parkonect.com. From the Reports menu, find your garage and select the Parking Pass Count Report. Choose a start and end date range and search issued or used passes.


By default, the report will show all parking passes. Choose a pass from the Validations menu to run the report for one pass type.


Note the information contained in the report:

  • Validation Number: Searchable in the Garage Log and Presale Log under Live Data.
  • Validation Description: Displays the description you set when creating the pass.
  • Type: Alt rate/percent off/time off/dollars off and the value of the pass.
  • Issue Date: The date this pass was issued.
  • Issued By: The user account used to send the pass.
  • Total Issued: Total passes issued during the selected date range.



PARKING PASS COUNT REPORT – REBILL OVERAGE
Note the information contained in the report:

  • Validation Number: Searchable in the Garage Log and Presale Log under Live Data.
  • Validation Description: Displays the description you set when creating the pass.
  • Type: Alt rate/percent off/time off/dollars off and the value of the pass.
  • Issue Date: The date this pass was issued
  • Issued By: The user account used to send the pass.
  • Entry Time: When the pass was used to enter the garage.
  • Duration: How long the patron stayed in the garage.
  • Pass Price: Price of the parking pass. See Add/Edit a Parking Pass in this guide to change this value.
  • Overage Due: The rate table you select is used to calculate overage charges based on the duration of each patron’s stay and their parking pass value and type.
  • Net Due: The sum of each patron’s pass price and overage charges.
