HOW TO REFUND A CUSTOMER
There will be situations in which a customer will need to be refunded. Depending on your User Type you may be able to process this on your own. If not then someone within your company may have authorization.
Parkonect can assist you in case of an emergency at our standard billing rates.
The process will involve your account with TRANSAX. You will need your username, account number, and password at the following site: https://secure.transaxgateway.com/Login.aspx
If you do not have that information then please go to http://www.transaxgateway.com/gateway/support.aspx or call 866-513-1547 for immediate assistance.
Note: Since refunds are processed directly through TRANSAX, the Parkonect system does not offer a refund report.
