HOW TO REFUND A CUSTOMER
There may be situations in which a customer needs to be refunded. Depending on your User Type, you may be able to process the refund on your own.
If you do not have the necessary permissions, someone within your company with the proper authorization will need to handle it on your behalf.
If you need urgent assistance, Parkonect can assist at our standard billing rates.
How to Process a Refund
Refunds are processed through your TRANSAX account. You will need the following information to log in:
- Your username
- Your account number
- Your password

If you do not have your TRANSAX credentials, you can:
- Visit TRANSAX Support: http://www.transaxgateway.com/gateway/support.aspx, or
- Call 412‑235‑7235 x 2 for immediate assistance.
Note: Since refunds are processed directly through TRANSAX, the Parkonect system does not offer a refund report.
