Parkonect: How to Re-connect Lost Skidata Connection

HOW TO RE-CONNECT LOST SKIDATA CONNECTION


You can reset it by:

  • Stopping the adapter
  • Closing the Application
  • Reopening the application
  • Clicking the Start button

 

The adapter is usually hosted on a dedicated PC next to the DAZ/DAU.

 

If you can’t find it, please reach out to your SKIDATA Helpdesk as they have the remote control accessibility over the PC hosting the App and can assist.
