HOW TO RETRIEVE PARKING RECEIPTS ONLINE

If a parker has lost their receipt or was unable to retrieve one at the garage or lot, no worries! We provide an easy way to have the receipt emailed directly to you (or your client).

Steps:

1. Go to https://getmyreceipt.com

2. Enter the following details:

• Date Range.
• First and Last Name OR Ticket Number (required).
• Last 4 digits of the credit card (required).
• Select the card network from the dropdown menu.

Note: If the parker entered using 10-key, their phone number cannot be entered in the Ticket Number search field. For receipts from parkers who used 10-key, please contact [email protected].

3. Click Get My Receipt.

4. Select the receipt by checking the blue box on the left side.

5. Enter the email and/or phone number where the receipt should be sent.

6. Check the box to select whether the receipt will be sent by email, text message, or both.

7. Click Send My Receipt.
