Maintenance Menu

This menu is used to configure the system for event use.


Accounts are also known in the industry as Monthly Parkers or Contract Parkers. Accounts allow managing various groups of patrons that have parking privileges at the facility.

The Accounts pages are accessed through Maintenance | Accounts. Account maintenance is broken into two configuration forms; Accounts and Account Plans

  • An account plan must be created first to specify what rate structure an individual account will be tied to.
  • The account is an individual account.

If a patron is in the process of dropping off their vehicle, the attendant can search for the patron’s account automatically, fill in all the quick screen information, and link them to a specific rate structure as defined by the account plan to which that account belongs.

Account Plans

Use the Account Plans page to add and manage existing account plans.

  • To add a new plan, click the Add Plan button and complete the form.

  • Plan Name: Unique identifier for the plan
  • Product ID: Client identifier for the plan. This is for ParkMobile integrations only. Parkmobile uses Product IDs to identify which kind of pass was purchased by the customer. Some Product IDs indicate single-use passes, others indicate multi-use passes. If an imported ParkMobile pass has a Product ID that matches the Product ID in an account plan, the pass is added as an Account and associated with the plan. (Passes whose product ID does not match any account plan's product ID will be assumed to be a single-use pass and get added to Reservations.) 
  • Single Day: For multi-day events, turning this on will restrict an account to entry(ies) only on the day it was scanned. 
  • Event Specific: Indicates whether the plan will be associated with specific events or if it is in effect always. 
  • Rate Structure: Not used
  • Fee: Not used
  • Carpool Limit: Not used but must be set to 0
  • Enforce Passback: Not used
  • Valid Parking Lots: Turn on each parking lot where the account plan members are allowed to park. 
  • Daily Limit: Number of entrances each day that account plan members are allow entry. 
  • Validation: Account plan members usually park for free. To change the fee due to $0.00 when an account plan member is admitted, a validation needs to be applied. This is the validation to apply when an account plan member is admitted.  

  • To edit a plan, click the pencil icon to the right of the plan and update the fields as needed.


Use the Accounts page to search for an account or add a new one.

  • To search, enter search criteria into any of the fields and click the Refresh button.

  • To create a new account, select the Add Account button and complete the new form.

  • Click Save & Add Vehicle to continue to the vehicle screen.
  • Add the vehicle information and save.
  • Once saved the vehicle appears under that account and additional vehicles may be added.
