System Reports
As a revenue control system, ZipPark prides itself on delivering a complete suite of management reports which are powerful and flexible. They provide the facility operator with the information needed to successfully manage business and continually improve operations. ZipPark reports give you information about your daily operations as well as historical trending information.
Most of the reports allow you to filter the information that appears on them by selecting date ranges, user names, etc. Filtering helps you generate meaningful information and can greatly reduce the time required to produce a report.
To enhance performance, some reports restrict the number of records that can be returned. If the report you generate returns more information than the system allows, you will see a message alerting you that the information has been truncated. Try reducing the amount of information by shortening the report’s date range or adding other filter criteria.
Reports are categorized as Activity, Revenue, Account, Jockey Console, or Hotel reports and are all accessible through the Reports menu.
Reports give you the flexibility to select from a variety of formats in which to view/export the results:
- PDF – Requires Adobe Reader
- Excel – Requires Microsoft Excel
- Word – Requires Microsoft Word
