TRANSIENT ENTRY FLOWS

This article shows how parkers interact with the kiosks. At the entry kiosk, parkers have the option to enter by a credit card, a mobile number, or a paper ticket. Any of these options can be disabled if needed. For exit flows, refer to Transient Exit Flows.

Inactive Screen

When the screen is inactive the uploaded logo (default Flash logo), a contact number, Flash OS system signals, and the default Begin button will appear. For lane kiosks, the screen will change to the next interactive screen once the loop has been triggered.

A POF kiosk is set up so with touch screen activation, so tapping Begin will trigger the next screen.

Paper Ticket

1. Tap on Get a Ticket.

2. Take the ticket.

3. Enter through the open gate.

Ticketless Options

Credit Card

The Credit Card ticketless feature allows transient parkers the option to enter and exit the parking facility using their credit card. This tutorial shows the parker’s screen-by-screen experience.

1. Insert a credit card.

2. Wait for the kiosk to confirm that the credit card is now your ticket and enter through the open gate.

Mobile Number

This feature allows transient parkers to enter and exit the parking facility using their mobile phone number. This tutorial shows the parker’s screen-by-screen experience.

1. Tap Other Access Options.

2. Tap I want to enter my mobile phone # as my ticket.

3. Enter 10-digit mobile number.

4. Re-enter the mobile phone number.

5. The system verifies the mobile number is not already in use at the facility.

3. Enter the Access Code PIN and tap GO.

4. Wait for the kiosk to confirm the PIN and enter through the open gate.

1. Scan the eParking barcode.

4. Wait for the kiosk to validate the eParking voucher and enter through the open gate.
