1. Click the chevron icon in the top left corner of your screen to display the main menu.
2. Hover over the Enforcement icon and select the Violations option from the orange menu.
3. On the right side of the screen you will see several icons which allow you to apply different actions to the violation. Select the green icon to update the violation's details.
4. Click the Update Type drop-down to see a list of options that are available to be updated.
- If you choose Update Amount, you will need to enter the New Violation Fee into the field. If you choose to do this, any early payment discounts or late payment penalties will no longer be applied.
- Update Location will allow you to change the location to which the violation is associated. Choose the new Location from the drop-down list.
- Update the Offense allows you to change the reason for issuance of the violation. Select the correct Offense from the list of drop-down options. If you want the violation fee from the new offense to be applied to this violation, select the Update Violation Fee checkbox. If you want the fee to remain what it is now but the offense to change, leave this box unchecked.
- Update Plate Number will allow you to edit the license plate number that was entered for a violation. Enter the new Plate Number below and select the Plate State from your list of options.
- Update Space Number will allow you to change the space number entered for the violation. Enter the new Space Number below.
- Update Vehicle Information will allow you to change the vehicle information entered for the violation. Enter the new Violation Information from the list of options below.
All set!
Once you have entered your updated information, select the green add icon for your changes to be saved and the violation to be updated.
