Ballparc How to Search for a Violation

1. Click the chevron icon in the top left corner of your screen to display the main menu.

2. Hover over the Enforcement icon and select the Violations option from the orange menu.

3. When you first open the Violations page, you will see three search fields at the top: Violation Number, Plate Number, and State of Issue.

• If you want to search by Violation Number, type the number into the search field and press the Enter key on your keyboard or select the violation number from the list that appears.
  

  

  
  
• If you want to search using a Plate Number, enter the customer's license plate number into the search field and select the State of Issue. Press Enter on your keyboard to retrieve your results.
  

  

  
  
• If you search for a plate number without selecting a state of issue and the license plate is active in more than one state, you will be prompted to select the state for the plate you wish to view the attached violations. Click the green check mark once you have made your selection.
  

  

  
  

4. A grid will appear at the top with your result(s). Some details about the violation will be listed in the grid, select a violation to view more information and apply actions.
