This guide covers how to link your location in BackOffice to other 3rd Party payment systems so the payments can be seen in the Flash Enforcement App.
If your device is already displaying payments from the 3rd Party for other locations, then this guide will show you how to link the payments to your other locations.
If your device is not already displaying payments from the 3rd Party, but some of your other devices are displaying payments from them, then contact support@omnipark.com with the DeviceIDs (licenses) that will need to start using the integration. We will configure the licenses the same way as your other licenses so they can also display the payments.
If this is the first time your organization is working with the 3rd Party, then contact sales@omnipark.com.

Overview
- All 3rd Party integrations that are completely new to your organization are first configured on your devices by Flash Enforcement support. The only other step after this one-time configuration is to configure your location(s). Follow the instructions below for configuring your location(s).
- The Integrations Settings section below applies to all 3rd Party Integrations except for PayByPhone and Paris.
- Jump to the PayByPhone section to see how to link your Flash Enforcement location to a PayByPhone location.
- Jump to the Paris section to see how to link your Flash Enforcement location to a Paris location.
- The value you enter for these settings can be obtained from your 3rd Party Partner. Flash Enforcement does not have this information.
- Search for your Location in the BackOffice and find the Integrations tab at the top.
- Use the Search bar to quickly find the setting needed for your integration.
Digital/T2/Iris
The setting for this integration is called DPT EMS Region ID. Enter the value they provide and that will link the location in their system to the location in the Flash Enforcement system.
SpotHero
The setting for this integration is called Spot Hero Facility ID. Enter the value they provide and that will link the location in their system to the location in the Flash Enforcement system.
ParkMobile
There are two settings needed to link ParkMobile. They are the Park Mobile Online Payments Supplier ID and Park Mobile Online Payments Zone Codes. Enter the values they provide and that will link the location in their system to the location in the Flash Enforcement system. If there are multiple Park Mobile Online Payments Zone Codes for a location, then they can be entered separated by commas.
HonkMobile
The setting for this integration is called Honk Mobile Zone ID. Enter the value they provide and that will link the location in their system to the location in the Flash Enforcement system. If there is more than one Honk Mobile Zone ID for a location, then they can be entered separated by commas.
Cale/Flowbird
The setting for this integration is called Cale Online Payments. Enter the value they provide and that will link the location in their system to the location in the Flash Enforcement system.
ParkWhiz/Arrive/Scan To Pay
The setting for this integration is called ParkWhiz Location Id. Enter the value they provide and that will link the location in their system to the location in the Flash Enforcement system.
Paris
The settings for Paris are not stored in the BackOffice. They are set on the device license. You will need some values from Paris to get set this up. You will need this information for each lot:
- Location Code (the one set up in the Flash Enforcement BackOffice)
- facilityId (from Paris)
- userId (from Paris)
- password (from Paris)
Once you have these values, send them to support@omnipark.com with a list of DeviceIDs (handheld licenses) to add them to. We will take care of linking the locations.
ParkIt
The setting for this integration is called ParkIt Location Id. Enter the value they provide and that will link the location in their system to the location in the Flash Enforcement system.
PayByPhone
- Search for your Location in the BackOffice and find the Web tab at the top.
- Enter the number for the lot provided by PayByPhone into the External PayByPhone box.
- Click Save. This will link the location in their system to the location in the Flash Enforcement system.
Troubleshooting Tips
If your device does not show payments, check for these things:
- Do other devices show the payment, but not this device? Contact support@omnipark.com and let us know the working DeviceID and the non-working DeviceID. We likely will need to add the integration to the device that is not working.
- Do none of your devices show the payments?
- Use this guide to check that the value for the 3rd Party integration is the correct one for the lot. Ensure that your location in the BackOffice has the value entered correctly.
- If it is correct, make sure that the payment is displayed in the vendor’s system for that lot.
- If the payment shows in their system, then email support@omnipark.com with the DeviceID, BackOffice location, and an example plate so we can troubleshoot.
- Check all screens for the payment. Payments should show on all screens, but there are some license configurations that may prevent a payment from showing up. If you run into this scenario then email support@calltopark.com with the DeviceID, BackOffice location, and an example plate. Let us know which screens show the payment and which do not, and we will address the situation.
- Valid Payments
- Check Plate/Tag
- LPR (if enabled)
General Troubleshooting
- Check that you have a solid network connection by trying a different website (e.g., playing a YouTube video). A poor cellular network connection or being in garage/underground can cause communication issues with our app and the 3rd Party vendor. Try to find a better network connection, log out of the app, then log back in and see if the payment shows.
- Try selecting a different location and then go back to the current location. This will refresh the payments list.
