Flash Admin Portal: Ticket Logo Customization

TICKET LOGO CUSTOMIZATION

The Flash PARCS system allows for the customization of printed PARCS tickets and receipts. This article covers the various options and how to enable the feature.



Requirements

  • An Admin or Operations account.
  • An image that follows the guidelines.



Ticket Customization

Below are the only sections editable on printed tickets and the associated fields in the Flash Admin portal.


  • Ticket Logo: This logo can be edited by selecting Receipt Logo under the Kiosk Logos section.
  • Company Name: Displays the name of the Company.
  • Location Name: Displays the name of the Location.
  • Kiosk Name: Displays the name of the kiosk issuing the ticket.
  • Contact Number: Displays the location's Contact Phone Number.


NOTE: The text automatically scales, with additional text scaling smaller to fit.




Receipt Logo

This logo goes onto the ticket and receipt headers.


Requirements:

  • 1285 W x 230 H pixels (Can also be 1600 W x 500 H for consistency sake with the kiosk logo as well). 
  • The image must work on a white background.
  • File type: PNG



Image Setup

Upload Image


1. In the Admin Portal, log in to the location.


2. Select the Location's Details tab.


3. Scroll down to the Kiosk Logos section.


4. Select Receipt Logo from the Kiosk Logo Type dropdown menu.


5. Click "Select", choose the image you wish to upload, and then click on "Upload New Ad Logo". The page will automatically reload the file name will not be visible in the Logo for Kiosk drop-down menu.




Enable Image

1. Select Receipt Logo from the Kiosk Logo Type dropdown menu.


2. Select the corresponding and previously uploaded image and then click the SAVE button.




Notes

  • Uploaded images are available for use on the location they were uploaded to, and are applied to all PARCS printed tickets.
  • Uploading logos/images will apply the changes to all kiosks at the same time.
  • Ticket/Receipt logo should take effect on the next printed item.
  • Every time you select an item from any of the dropdowns, the web page will refresh. This is normal behavior.
  • Any changes to the kiosk logos may take up to 15 minutes to take effect.


If changes are not updating, contact support@flashparking.com to Restart the Kiosk database.
