Monthly Billing Account Self Sign-Up


The Flash Monthly Billing module includes an add-on feature that allows Monthly Parking Customers to create their own Monthly accounts through a location-specific web-based site.



Contact Flash Support to enable Self Sign-Up for your location.

 

The Monthly Parking Portal URL is created by Flash Support and distributed to potential monthly account holders through the operator's own channels.



Monthly Account Self Sign-Up Process



1. The facility manager provides the link to parkers who wish to sign up. Customers click on the "I want to create a monthly account" button.








2. Customers will complete the form and select "Submit".





3. Next they will have the opportunity to add additional drivers and click “Continue”. (This step is optional).





4. Next, they must add a vehicle to the account and click “Continue”. The portal will require the account holder to add vehicle details before proceeding to the main account dashboard.  





5. Next they will select a package or enter a Rate Code if provided and click “Continue”. 






6. They will be shown a Summary of what they’ll need to pay (if applicable) and click “Proceed to Payment”. 





7. Next, the customer will enter their payment information and click “Submit”.








8. After submitting their payment, a new window will appear notifying them of their successful payment, they can either “Go to Account” or “Exit”.





9. After completing the initial process, customers will be taken to the account overview page.






To successfully create a Self Sign Up account, the Terms and Conditions box has been checked.






Notes


  • Monthly Parker invoices are sent out on the set invoice day or when a rate package is manually added to an account.
  • To receive the invoice, a valid email address must be listed on the account.
  • The URL to access the monthly portal (if enabled) will be listed at the bottom of the invoice.



Non-Self Sign-Up

  • The Parking Operator needs to set up monthly parkers in the system. Once the customer is added to the system, they get an invoice with their parking portal signup link.

    • This link will take customers to the Lost your Password page of the Monthly Parking Portal, where they are required to enter the email address they receive their invoices on. The system will send the customer a temporary password they can log in with.

    • Once they log in, they can change the password by clicking on the Change your Password option on the main menu.
