Express Pay Refunds

When a refund is needed for an Express Pay user, please use one of the following methods to request a refund from ParkWhiz.



All required details can be found in the confirmation text message the parker received after payment.


Option 1: Submit a Refund Request via Email

Use this method if you are submitting the request on behalf of the parker.


Send To: digitalsupport@parkwhiz.com
Subject Line: PW Refund – Ticket ID <#> (Replace <#> with the actual Ticket ID)


Email Body Template:


Hello,  

Please issue a refund to the following parker:


Name: [Parker’s Full Name]  

License Plate: [Parker’s License Plate Number]  

Ticket ID: [Ticket ID from Confirmation Text]  


Thank you,  


[Your Name / Company Name]







Option 2: Parker Submits Refund Request Online

Parkers can request a refund themselves by visiting the ParkWhiz refund portal:


https://go.parkwhiz.com/refund


Fill out the online form with the required ticket and contact details.


Option 3: Parker Requests Refund in the ParkWhiz App

If the parker used the ParkWhiz app to book, they can request a refund directly in the app:

  1. Open the ParkWhiz app
  2. Go to the My Parking tab
  3. Tap the three dots next to the active or past ticket
  4. Select Request Refund
