How to Reset your Password: Parkonect Admin Portal

Parkonect users can change their passwords by clicking the "Recover Password" link on the initial login screen.

Recover Password Link

1. Input your username in the login screen and click Continue > In the next screen, click the Recover Password link.

Users can also click the Forgot Username button on the first screen in case they need it.

2. Enter the email address associated with the user and click the Recover Password button.

3. A recovery email will be sent to the email address with a link to change the password > click this link.

4. This will take you to the password-changing screen, where you will input a new password and confirm > then click the Submit button.

5. After changing the password, you will remain in the same password changing screen > click the Here link in the notice above to go back to the login page and log in with your new password.
