How to Change Your Password: Changing a Validator’s Password in the Admin Portal

Only Flash Monitors have access to the Validation Accounts tab in the Flash Admin Portal. Likewise, validator users are not authorized to log into the portal.


  1. Log in to the Flash Admin Portal as a Flash Monitor and select your location or the Company associated with it.




  1. Click the Validation Accounts blue tab on the left-hand side of the portal screen.






  1. Search for the desired validator account by filling one or more of the fields available and then click the Search button, or look for the validator user in the user list for the location below.






  1. After selecting the validator user, scroll to the middle part of the user’s page and input the new password, then repeat it in the field below > click the Save button at the bottom of the page.





  1. A message indicating that the validator user was successfully updated will show in the upper part of the screen.
